A working interview?

Hey guys so i have a “working interview” on Wednesday? I went through a phone interview then an in person interview! She told me they are still interviewing and i should know by Friday... so Friday came and i emailed her asking for an update and she told me to come in for a working interview? I am confused. My boyfriend thinks i definitely have the job and that they wouldn’t waste their time.. but honestly i have never heard of a working interview in my life! Any experiences? Advice?

Also it’s for a receptionist job at an orthodontist!
