Hello Everyone!
I am a 24 year old with a bachelors degree in business management. I currently work inside sales for a company in the United States. I came across the idea of being a digital nomad a few months ago, meaning that I would work remotely and travel cheaply. I know that my current skill set doesn't align with the typical digital nomad lifestyle, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach the ability to travel while still being financially secure. Obviously there are plenty of remote sales jobs, but these still require you to match your clients working schedule.
One thing that I am not trying to do is go the route of blogging, making videos, or being some type of influencer. I want to gain skills that will allow me to get some type of secure employment. I am not looking to be rich, just make a livable income and not be tied to one location. I estimate I would need to find a job that makes roughly $45,000 a year to pull this off.
I am more than willing to go back to school, complete certifications, or do whatever is needed to make this a reality. I am not as focused on the type of job, more so that is able to be done remotely, and that skills are in demand.
