I recently had a phone interview with a recruiter. There were a couple of good and bad signs.
good or bad: She was asking a lot of behavioral questions but those questions weren't connected and didn't come as reactions to know me better. Seemed like just a set of default questions. She talked about what the next steps would be, and some details about relocation.
Bad: She didn't sound enthusiastic during conversations. Also didn't explain a lot about the role and the company.
Good: After the interview, she replied to my follow up email with details about the town where the company is located. And told me she'll get back to me as soon as possible. Also, during the call, she asked me about other interviews I'm having and said she'll expedite the process if I'm near the final stage for any.
Anyways, I feel mixed about the chance to go to the next round:(
