Looking for a career change, and not sure what to put as 'job preferences' on Linkedin? Don't want to be overlooked for using the wrong terminology?
I am VERY new to linkedin, and honestly am struggling with really understanding the best way to have my profile be :
- an extension of my resume for future employers to find when they look me up, and
- a way for potential employers to find me for open positions (?)
I'm open to a lot of different job titles and fields, so how broad/specific should I be in the 'Job Preferences' / 'Choose what you need in your next job' section?
