Interview in two hours, I don’t know how to prepare

Just like the title said. I’ve pulled through the interview with HR as well as my direct manager. Now I’ll be up for the interview with the Director of the company.

The job is entry-level, but manager said that the board has vision for this position to be managing a project in one or two years.

I could really use some advices on: 1. what the director wants to see in me for the job 2. what would he might ask in the interview as well as 3. what should I ask him about the company
