I'm looking for a job at Target, and I had a few questions...

I'm specifically going for the Target near the Jefferson Mall in Louisville, KY (for those that have any knowledge specifically in that Target). I am mostly wondering a few things...

• What is the Target average Part-Time pay (I tried looking it up and the answer I got was $11, but wanted to check if that's accurate)?
• What kind of jobs are usually available for Part-Time (looking for something more like stocking, but I'm flexible in it as long as there's some training to help me out)?
• How much flexibility is there in hours (originally was looking for a job from 6PM-2AM on Thursday's, but I know that's REALLY specific so I can definitely be more flexible)?
• On the note of flexibility: how easy is it to transfer from one Target to another (especially if transferring from different cities)?
• Are there any benefits?
• What is the best online site to look for jobs there (college student, don't normally live in Louisville)?
• I'm making a basic resume, is there anything in particular to put on it (other than all the usual: Name, past jobs, experience, strengths, etc.)?
