I really really really really really want this job.

I landed an interview for a job I really really want. It is everything I already do in my current role, but with HR and supervisory responsibilities as well. I have no experience in these two areas, although I am currently in school for HR Management. I have been applying to a role like this for years with no luck. Now that I have an interview, I really don’t want to mess it up. What should I do/say/bring with me to show that I can excel at this job despite the experience drawback?
