Work was already crazy busy to begin with then COVID hit and my work load doubled.
Mix that in with losing my grandma from COVID, only taking 2 days off (bereavement day + funeral day), WFH without proper equipment, taking care of my disabled father, and just general lack of motivation; it’s been a tough few months.
With that being said - I feel so guilty even complaining. I still have a job, still get a paycheck, don’t have kids, etc; like it’s only been 5 months and I shouldn’t be feeling this low.
I’m currently going to therapy and I want to mention this and how I want get hit by a bus. I also always feel like I’m one step away from being fired so I don’t want to miss work (this is a whole other issue I’m working on).
