Got an offer for an objectively better job, but having second thoughts and severe panic

Currently I work a security job that gives me 30 hours a week at $17 an hour. It is not ideal and quite miserable at times as the uniform is very uncomfortable but it pays the bills and I only have to work three 10 hour days, giving me an awesome work/life balance.

I recently interviewed for a loss prevention job at a major retailer and it went great. I am sitting on a job offer letter that I have to sign by tomorrow night that would land me a job at $18.50 an hour in casual clothes for 5 8 hour days per week with benefits (I live in Canada so it's mostly dental) and an eventual pension and such, which I have none of currently.

However... I don't know. I was excited for it but now that the letter is in my hands I am basically having constant panic attacks over what to do. This is not helped by the fact that I had another interview today for a role in an office, which is my dream. I desperately want to escape the security industry as it is an industry I only entered after a layoff that made me take the first job I could get.

Originally I was planning on taking some school courses in the fall to make me a more appealing prospect for an office career, but with the loss prevention job, I would be unable to do so and be left in a position where I would be working an objectively better job, but still in an industry I don't enjoy and with MUCH more pressure on me as an employee than my current job, where nothing really happens.

Should I... Reject it and hold out with my current job and keep trying to break into office work? Should I take the offer even though I might hate it and likely be unable to work at the low-key site I am working at now ever again should I choose to quit?

I just can't stop freaking out and panicking, I have never in my life been in a situation like this and I am so, so stressed. I just need advice, badly.
