How is the switch working entirely from home?

I worked at a resort. I made ok money (around 50k per year) - I recently was laid off due to COVID.

I’ve been sending my resume everywhere looking for work. I have an interview in the morning with a company for a customer service position that is 100% at home. But advertises $30 an hour full-time work. This sounds great, but when I think deep about it, being home 24/7 on the computer sounds like it might take a toll mentally. Especially after being in a career that had such a major social aspect to it.

Not to mention, this job sounds a little too good to be true. Anyone who works entirely from home have any input? Is this salary unheard of? How was it making the switch from office to home?
