What to say to recruiter?

Had final round last Monday. Was told they would have a decision by Friday. Reached out Friday afternoon and got an auto-reply saying my POC went out on paternity leave (we talked about this but sounds like he went out early).

I then reached out to the person I was told was taking over. He personally replied saying that he was OOO and would likely have a decision on Monday. No word. Monday evening I sent a positive follow up just seeing where we stand. Still no response.

How should I proceed?
