Starbucks + COVID Flashbacks; lay offs, reduced hours, or forced unpaid LOA

My old co workers are being forced to do the following:

1 work with reduced hours under 15 a week (when they don't even pay a living wage to begin with)

2 Take an unpaid leave of absence without pay or having benefits paid

3 severance from the company. Supposedly they'll make it look like a "furlough " but they're denying alot of people because they don't want to pay out.

Just sayin. Not at all a good company to work for. Who else has seen some crazy cutbacks or layoffs due to COVID 19?
