Are telephone numbers required for all references? I do not have the personal phone number for two references and their office is closed due to COVID-19

The title pretty much explains it. I have 3 references, 1 with a regular cellphone and 2 with office lines. I have been included one of the office lines because that state reopened weeks ago, but the other is in NYC and I know the company has been doing remote work for months. Should I still include the number? Add a disclaimer? Or just omit that particular number?
