My job recently reopened and it is not essential what so ever. Before coming back to work we were told that we'd have the choice to whether we felt comfortable or not. I had told my manager about concerns I had regarding my family being at risk but I was told I was needed and so I went back. Because we're still in a pandemic, we have many more tasks to ensure cleanliness and must screen every guest who plans to get a service with us. It's a minimum wage, non essential business and I really want to quit because it's not worth keeping at this time. My question is, can I leave immediately due to concerns about the virus or do I HAVE to give two weeks notice so they can hire someone else?
