Questions about new job at chick fil a

So i got a job at chick fil a and worked 2 hours yesterday, and will be working 5 hours a day for wed-friday. I have some stupid questions because my handbook dissapeared somehow. When do i take breaks? They are required since im 15. Whenever i want or at the same time i did yesterday? (In between the two hours i worked at around 7:30, but im working 4-9pm now) Would i just take a break in the middle? Also, they gave me this schedule for the rest of the week, will it most likely stay the same or change?
