I applied 2 weeks ago, was given an assessment immediately and I passed, next day I received a link to complete a virtual interview and I submitted that last Monday. When I made my submission the recruiter emailed me saying depending on how many applicants and the time I made my submission will determine how fast they respond to me. They assured that I will be contacted through email or phone, but I've never waited this long after an interview so I'm not sure if this is typical for their hiring process or not. Also Im assuming that if I didn't get the position that they would atleast let me know somehow... Right?
