So I have a big following on social media, it's an animal page that I've grown from scratch over the past 7 years. It's been a major part of my life and basically all of my free time is devoted to running it. I think there's a lot of transferable skills that I've gained from it, and I basically had to teach myself how to run a business to be successful.
The thing is, because I still run it to this day, it's my first work experience that's listed on my chronological resume. I just graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Science so I've been applying to healthcare jobs (mostly administrative) and I'm worried that it may be taking away from my more relevant experience (Research Assistant, Medical Imaging Assistant, etc.). I feel like it might not be taken seriously and employers will just trash my resume before even reading the rest of it.
Would it be a smart idea to take it off my resume, or maybe break the chronological order and put it at the bottom of my experience? My description is below
