Is this offer a scam?

so i applied to a position through indeed (there was no option to apply on their site) and i got a message through indeed that says:

i looked up the person who sent the email and she's the executive for the branch in the state i applied. it's a well known non-profit organization which i have done some volunteering with. i also would like to know what the full-time salary is and have a couple other questions. should i reach out to the person by email first before hitting submit? i guess the format just seems a little strange to me and wanted to get a second opinion
