Resume (Blue is Censored Info)
I've been on-and-off applying to jobs for around 9 months now, and I'm seriously starting to think I'm un-hirable or something lol. My resume's gone through several overhauls since then, but this one is more or less the one I've been using the past few months. I'm really wondering if there's a glaring oversight in it that's a red flag to employers, so really any help whatsoever would be appreciated.
Been applying to part-time, minimum wage jobs anywhere I can find them (fast food, retail, tech, business, ect), but the few places that have wanted to interview are the ones I've least expected because I thought they were actually outside my qualifications.
EB Games, which is notoriously hard to get into, especially with zero retail experience, where the store manager liked me but I didn't make the district manager's cut. A great data entry position for a massive shipping company, where I kinda flubbed my interview because actual HR people are terrifying. And a program development assistant at a disability nonprofit doing stuff like creating ethical guidelines for tech use and teaching people with intellectual disabilities life skills, where the 2 interviewers loved me but realized their grant doesn't allow them to hire under 18.
I do have a lot more stuff I could've put in there, but didn't have space for/didn't want to overcrowd my resume with. I'm CPR/First Aid Certified, and have done volunteer work for a lotta different places since 2016, mainly with customer-service and cashier-type things.
