Okay, I don't work at an office. More like retail(target) but I find talking helps me get through the day and helps me relax a little. I am not really sure on how to approach certain people because I feel like I am being timed. But I also want others to take interest in me as much I might have interest in the them. Don't really know how to be assertive as I am kind of frightened by it.
