So I’ve worked in the hotel that changed it’s name now, and I’m not sure if my managers have been replaced as well. So what do I tell the HR about the references?

So I’ve worked in a hotel “A” and now it became a hotel “B”. I don’t know if they just had rebranding or completely changed it, most probably just change of name as it costed a lot to have franchise. I moved out of the country and I don’t know if managers were replaced. So what do I do in this case? Is HR going to ask me for the references In this case?
