Got a promotion, heres a little problem

I just got promoted at my current job. Here I am facing a unique issue:

Since my current role(or title, whichever works) has a lot of overlap with my previous title like my job is 80% the same, how should I update my resume? should I just move everything to the new title or should there be 2 different job sections? if it helps my title went from "Title" to "Senior Title" and no, I am still an individual contributer, not having people reporting to me, yet.
