ASKING SWAB TEST COMPENSATION

Hi guys!

So a little background to the story, I accept the offer to work in another island last month and I will start in the beginning of July. The issue I’m facing is that as I need to take flight, the airlines demand a PCR test result, and PCR test in my country is very expensive. Is it acceptable if I ask a compensation for the PCR test to my new office? My insurance won’t cover the PCR test unless I got infected, then hospitalized for covid-19.
