Accepting an offer and rejecting it later

I am in a tough position right now!

I have been accepted to relocate to another country for a position, and the job is great, but at the end it isn’t ideal.

I am still interviewing for another position that I am more aligned with, both position wise and also the location. Since I’m still interviewinf, I don’t know if I’ll get the position and would still like to secure the other one.

Due to the current situation, I won’t be able to start in the first offer in the next 3-4 months anyways.

Is it okay to accept that offer first, and then reject it if I get a better position?
