How to get a job with Asperger's syndrome?

I've tried lots of places for help. I'm sure this is going to be removed like the last post I made here. How can I get a job while being diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome? I have a degree in Audio/Video production, but I have very little job experience. I can't do interviews and I end up coming off as a weirdo or an emotionless robot. I've tried applying to lots of places including minimum wage retail and food jobs and no one seems to want to hire me. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm a year out of college and I just want to start my life.
