How long to wait before following up on job offer?

I received a job offer a week ago, but I had a few questions regarding the safety and duration of the job. I sent these questions to the recruiter around a week ago however they have not responded. I sent a follow up email last night. Her supervisor is involved in the process too. She is a lot more responsive but she does not handle the worker contracts. Should I follow up with her in a few days about this issue? I'm not sure what the best way to handle an unresponsive recruiter is. Thanks!
