Any advice on this? I did a video interview for around 1.5 hours and really connected well with the hiring manager for this position I was headhunted for. He told me that I should expect the job offer from HR after the work out the details of the position, per my requests I made known during the call. I' have rapport with the firm (Previously interviewed, know someone there,etc) and did one HR screening prior to this call.
Is there anything I should keep in mind regarding how expedited this is? I've never received an offer on the spot for a full-time position, but I have for internships. I've been working for about 4 years post-grad. Is this alarming?
