Spoke to a recruiter two weeks ago. She gave me an application to fill out, which I submitted a week ago. When should I contact her again?

We had some issues with sending and receiving emails for whatever reason. I emailed her my resume last Friday evening and then called Tuesday afternoon and left a message, asking to confirm that my resume was received since we had previous technology issues. Haven't heard anything back. Would it be bad to email her again today or this weekend to follow up? I'm having really bad luck with finding a job and I don't want to lose this potential opportunity.
