How to get an Apprenticeship?

I am a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, with no work experience in the field (no co-op/internships). Job hunting has been a failure as a result of my whole situation. I am looking to get an apprenticeship position as an industrial electrician, as it would give me hands-on experience, and it's 'the same field'. I'm looking for advices on how/where to look for it, since I have tried with no success in the past. I live in Ontario, and could relocate within the province
