How to address a privacy concern with an employer

I got hired by an agency that requires me to use zoom calls for a client. The agency asked me to video record a session and download the file to my computer, but is also going to ask the client to download the same file to their computer. I am hugely concerned by this, as the file is being saved to a client's personal device and I have no idea if the device would get hacked/leaked. Confidentiality is not guaranteed, and there's no ensured security. The client would also be an underage minor, so there are possibilities that the file may be used inappropriately in an irresponsible way, as they are not mature enough to understand the seriousness of online privacy and security. None of this was mentioned during the contract talk/interview.

Are these reasonable concerns? My friend is treating this like a non-issue and basically see me as overreacting, and this is making me doubt if I am indeed overreacting. How should I approach and address this concern with the agency?
