How do I improve my LinkedIn networking game?

I wanna know if anyone has gotten a job / internship by doing informational interview via LinkedIn? So far, i notice that people ghosted me after talking for a bit. At first i thought maybe they’re busy but then this happens so often that I’m starting to think I am the problem. Did I say something that offend them? Or am I boring? As an introvert, this is already outside my comfort zone and I’m willing to improve but I just don’t know where it all went wrong :(

Please share your experience! I’m in desperate need for some guidance and reference.
