Calling off as a CNA

So I was off of work last week because I was tested for covid-19. (Tested negative) This morning I woke up horrible back pain. I feel terrible for being off so much but I feel like I should call in because I can barely walk. I just started this job a few months ago and I’m worried about losing my job at this point. They were mad when I didn’t come in before I got tested I just feel like it’s adding on at this point.
