Finally got an offer for a job at one company, but am interviewing for a different position at the same company.

After months of searching I have finally received an awesome offer from a company. However, I am in the process of interviewing for a different position at a better location for the SAME company. The deadline to accept the first offer is soon, but I'd like to check out the other position in the interview process. Since this is the same exact company I am afraid to mess things up with the offer I have on the table. I'd like to speed-up the process for the other position if possible, but I don't want to compromise my current offer.
