Should I be worried?

Im currently Im the hiring process with a company and they even told me that they had finished the interviews and I was the only candidate being considered I just had to do an assessment type of thing as a final step to see if I would be a good fit. It has been a week now since I completed this and haven’t heard a word from the company. I know it’s only been a week but it seems like companies move quickly when they are interested in a candidate and everything with this company has been within a couple days up until this point. Do you guys think there is a cause for concern yet? Should I keep applying elsewhere?
