Two weeks ago I had a brief phone interview with a potential employer and he said that he thought I’d do well on their team and someone would reach out to me to set up an in-person interview. I got an email asking me what time would work for me. I replied and heard nothing for a week so I emailed them again to say that I could move some things around if the times I provided didn’t work. Learned from a friend who works there that the lady emailing me was on vacation so I waited another week until now. She’s been back a few days apparently and I haven’t heard anything. My friend says I should email her again and cc her boss who interviewed me on the phone. I thought this might be a little too aggressive since they have my resume now and I already sent them a follow-up email last week. Should I send another email like my friend suggested or just wait and see?
