[SERIOUS] What kind of liveable wage jobs (40k+) can I get with my art degree?

Hey everyone,

I graduated last december with a bachelors of arts in art and a minor in english.

I understand that my education doesn’t necessarily lead directly into a career like most STEM degrees would, but, I don’t regret my studies at all.

I feel like coming to this subreddit would help a lot with giving me some kind of direction.

For starters, I don’t have any work experience other than retail (cashier position). I have no interest in becoming a teacher (as I know most art majors do).

I’m desperate to get a job and finally have the means to move out of my toxic family’s house (long story). So going back to school and studying something else also isn’t an option.

Does anyone have any serious advice as to what kind of careers I could get into with my experience?

Disclaimer: please don’t mention barista or the like. I would really appreciate helpful, genuine answers as I’m currently in a tough situation at home.
