Interview completed at McDonald's - Manager emailed me requesting 1. Birth certificate 2. SIN 3. Bank Deposit Info

I completed an interview at McDonalds on the 26th of February.

Today i received an email from the manager that interviewed me, Ely, from his personal Yahoo account requesting:

My Birth Certificate
SIN
Bank Deposit Information

I've never had to supply a Birth Certificate before for any previous employment.

Will valid photo ID suffice in replacement of a Birth certificate? Is this a normal request?

Should i email these things, or bring them into the store in person?
