In your experience do 3rd shift jobs make you train during the day?

I’d like to get any easy 3rd shift job so I can maybe get a part time job related to my degree in the day or go back to school in the day.

The issue is I feel like even though you’ll eventually be scheduled for graveyard shift, I feel like a lot of place make you train during the day and the send you to third when you’re ready. It does make sense to me cause there’s usually more staff and managers during the day to train you for most jobs. And very few actually train you on third. Do you agree that holds true?
