How to stay organised in a job hunt?

Hello, I’m desperately trying to get a new job before my contract ends which is less than a month away. How do you all keep things organised? I’ve been tailoring every resume. I have so many different versions of cover letters and resumes. At the moment I’ve been using google docs to keep everything organised. I made a list yesterday of all the relevant jobs that I want to apply for and organised it with the jobs that are about to close at the top. Also do you keep all the position descriptions of every job you apply for? Thanks.
