How formal should I dress for this interview?

I'm currently in the final stages of a hiring process at a company located in a different city. The first two interviews were conducted via webconference and while I did dress up for them (blazer, dress shirt and tie, no pants because the webcam was pointed at my upper body lol), I feel like presentation wasn't as significant of a factor as it would have been for an in-person interview.

This final interview will be an in-person interview. My gut feeling is to dress formally, though judging from photos on the companies LinkedIn/Instagram the dress code is pretty casual (jeans, sneakers, short-sleeved shirts, etc.).

How formally can I dress to show I'm serious about the opportunity without coming across as too formal or out of place?
