How Do I know the jobs I'm looking for on Indeed are straight up scams or not?

Some jobs and job titles are listed as "confidential".

Some are listed as scouting. I came across a listing where you're "scouting" professional players at a professional arena and they pay you to "scout" them... Uh... Why would these professional players need to be scouted if they were scouted when they were young?

Some of the companies are so small there's no information about them. I'm not saying they're not real businesses but they're formatting in their job flier sucks. Nothing like "10 years experience with html" but more like "be part of a hard-working team."
