I have never been so torn in my life. At this point I'm waiting for a sign from the universe to show me the right choice. I have to provide my decision before the offer expires for Job #1. The expiration date is before the final round of interviews for Job #2. I basically have a week to decide if I want to just accept my offer and have stability, or to take the risk and go through to the final round for the other job.
The spots are extremely limited for Job #2, so I need to let the company know if I've accepted somewhere else. I couldn't sleep at night knowing I accepted an offer and going to the interview anyway. If this provides context:
- The benefits for Job #2 are slightly better
- The pay is basically the same
- I am equally excited for both jobs
