I recently applied for a position that did not require a civil service test, but instead gave a score based on your application and answers to job related questions. I received a score of 100, not including a 10 point veterans preference I will receive as well. The problem is, I can’t find anywhere if that is a decent score or not. Or even what the range of scores possible are. I understand scores are calculated and totaled differently by state. But I can’t find information about this for Pennsylvania anywhere. Can anyone tell me what a decent score is or what the range of scores in Pennsylvania are please?
