Why does a potential employer require to perform a test before being hired, when the candidate is experienced?
Anyone having the answer to my question?
I am puzzled over this!
Currently working in North America; I have 8 years of experience in admin but still being required to perform a test (Office pack; English, French, etc.) before being hired. So, why, tell me why. Sights! Why does a potential employer require to perform a test before being hired, when the candidate is experienced?
That's such a waste of time! They just have to call the references. Come on!
