How do I approach this situation with my manager? I’m super nervous because on the one hand it’s a new job and I barely started, on the other hand my boyfriend already got us plane tickets to a destination we’ve been wanting to go to for so long. The trip would be in March, but I feel like even then it’s super early to ask for days off. What do I do? I have so much anxiety.
