Hi everyone so I applied for an entry level position and shortly after was contacted by a recruiter. She arranged a time for a phone interview. The first phone interview went well she asked me basic questions about my resume, why I was interested in the position and went over the positions that were open. She finished the call by saying she wants me to meet with people in person and she would reach out to me with a time. The next day she sent a personality test for me take. I completed the test and later that day she emailed me asking if I could speak again. I did not know what to expect so I took the call and it was another phone interview. This time the interview was more in depth and she asked more difficult questions. She finished this interview saying she has two positions in mind for me and she will send me info for an in person interview.
I am waiting for her to send me info for the in person interview, but I am trying to figure out if the company is interested in me? I would think they are pretty interested because they want to meet me in person, but another side of me is saying they want to meet to rule me out. Is my head just playing games with me? All insight and feedback is appreciated.
