What should I do if I interview for 2 jobs and job 1 wants to hire me before 2 to gets back to me?

I had job 1 interview today and I have job 2 interview on monday. What happens if job 1 wants to hire me before job 2 responds to me? Job 1 moves faster because it's a small facility than job 2 so they almost certainly will get back to me first, but job 2 is the job I really want. What am I suppose to say? I dont wanna say "oh maybe if this other place wont take me" because I dont wanna be rude and be like 'well you're my second choice', but I also dont wanna say a complete no because what if the other place doesnt want me? Idk of this make any sense lol. I hope it does
