Should I be worried or could this be a good sign?

I applied for a job at a company my sibling has worked at for over 20 years. My sibling is in the same department that I applied for but not in the same group or would even sit near one another according to my sibling.

I know some employers may not like relatives in the work place so I wanted to see if this is a positive sign or not in my case.

I applied and included my siblings name on the online application where it asks for any relatives that work within the company. In the bounce back from my application I received a message that if I am considered a candidate that I would receive document to fill out for a background and credit check.

The next day I received said form and stating they are continuing the recruitment process with me.

Should I be in the clear in terms of having a sibling at the company and maybe that field was just to make sure neither of us are direct reports to one another?

Just wondering since I have not spoken to anyone regarding my application yet and wanted to feel this is a good sign and not worry that they just overlooked this.
