Do you have any tips on dealing with the stress and all the overwhelming feelings of looking for/trying to get a job?

I'm a junior in college right now. Since high school I've only ever done internships. I've been thinking I might want to get a job this summer for a change, but this stresses me out even more than an internship. I'm also looking for a job because I know I'll need one after I finish undergrad, especially if I want to go to grad school.

Honestly, the thought of trying to get a job is very scary to me (the resume, the application process, the interview, not knowing what to do right away, being responsible for something that I have the potential to mess up, maybe working with other people and having them think my contributions are insignificant, etc.). It almost seems worse than college apps. Also, how do I even look for one? My internships were posted on bulletin boards at my schools. I know websites like Indeed exist, but the sheer amount of info on sites like that is overwhelming.

I also worry that as a sociology major I really ruined my chances of getting a "good" job. I'm a good student, but I worry this won't translate into job performance. Either way, I have no idea what I really want to do anyway.

I hope this doesn't sound like a sob post or anything. This stress is fairly new. I know this sounds very ridiculous, but it is something I've been thinking a lot about as I get closer to senior year and to graduation. Any tips?
