Hi guys, just in need of some advice/thoughts from you all!
I applied for a job Monday, got sent a 'shotlisting questionnaire' on Tuesday, sent it off Wednesday, was requested for a telephone call Thursday, and spoke to the recruitment lady today (Friday.) Overall, a pretty quick and surprising turn around.
It's now been confirmed I have an interview for next Wednesday - however that isn't my issue.
While talking on the phone about the role, the business etc, one of the questions I was asked was "The Service Manager has quite a temper, how would you be able to deal with that?" (The post is for service administrator, so I would have to interact with the service manager A LOT.)
That question has stuck with me all day and given me loads of red flags. I'm not sure what to make of it, I have never had a question in an interview where the manager has been spoken about negatively.
What do you guys make of it? Am I overreacting or is this definitely unprofessional???
Any advice would be appreciated.
